Swallow Distillery
Founded based on a love of New Zealand and a passion for great spirits we set out to create a range of products designed to not just sit idly by looking pretty on a bar shelf but to be used and enjoyed by everyone.
In the relentless pursuit of perfection, our recipes and range have been developed and refined over 100’s of batches. Finally happy, we opened our products to New Zealand in mid-2022.
We’re one of the few distilleries in New Zealand to ferment in-house, the added effort is worth it to create our unique, exceptionally clean 15x distilled alcohol base which is used for all our clear spirits and liqueurs. Distillation is carried out slowly and methodically on a custom designed, hand-made manual reflux still.
