Overview

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days, from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order

was delivered, you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused with the bottle’s seal intact and in the same

condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See below for details on how to return
or exchange your order.

Shipping a Return or Exchange

To return your product, please post to: 153 Lochhead Road, Te Puna, Tauranga 3176.
Include proof of purchase within the parcel (i.e. a record of the order number or a print out of the order email
confirmation) so we can process the return / exchange accordingly.

Return / exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing
shipping insurance. We do not take responsibility for lost shipments and cannot guarantee a refund or
exchange if the return item is not received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed accordingly, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your credit card or original method of payment.

This process may take up to ten working days to process. If your process is taking longer than this, please
contact us at info@swallowdistillery.co.nz.

Damaged Goods

If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, send us an email at info@swallowdistillery.co.nz detailing the
disrepair (including photographs) and we will help you from there.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
