Formed around our in-house made 15x distilled alcohol base, this gin is carefully balanced to produce a multi-layered and lingering gin. A citrus heavy front palate driven by blood orange, meyer lemon and lemon myrtle with a lingering herbal and spice aftertaste characterised by juniper, fresh rosemary, cardamom and cinnamon.
Best enjoyed simply with tonic but works beautifully in a range of cocktails including:

Stir the gin, vermouth and campari together with ice for 30 seconds until very cold.
Strain into a glass filled with large ice cubes.
Rub the zest along the rim of the glass to coat before dropping it in to garnish.
Add the vodka and vermouth to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the cocktail shaker 2/3’rds of the way up with ice before shaking vigorously for at least 20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the lemon zest or 3 skewered green olives.
Add the gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the cocktail shaker until 2/3’rds full with large ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds until very cold.
Strain into a fluted glass.
Top with champagne and garnish with the zest.
Add the gin, syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the cocktail shaker 2/3’rds of the way up with large ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 20+ seconds.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the slice of lime.
