Crafted from locally roasted, single origin, Rainforest Alliance certified coffee beans sourced from the highlands of Mogiana, Brazil.

Our carefully developed brew along with our in-house made 15x distilled alcohol base are lightly sweetened with a muscovado sugar blend to create a refined and balanced liqueur.

Toasted Almond Martini

~2.2 Standards
  • 45ml Amaretto
  • 30ml Espresso Liqueur
  • 15ml Vodka
  • 45ml Heavy Cream
  • Freshly Grated Nutmeg

 

Add the vodka, espresso liqueur and amaretto to a cocktail shaker.

Add ice and shake gently until well chilled.

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the freshly grated nutmeg.

Spanish Coffee

~2.1 Standards
  • 90ml Freshly Brewed Coffee
  • 60ml Espresso Liqueur
  • 15ml Vodka (or Rum)
  • 15ml Triple Sec (or other Orange Liqueur)
  • Brown Sugar
  • Lemon Wedge
  • Whipped Cream
  • Grated Dark Chocolate and Nutmeg

 

Run the lemon wedge around the rim of the glass to wet it.

Dip the rim of the glass into the sugar until it’s lightly coated and shake off the excess.

Caramelise the sugar rim with a torch.

Add the coffee, espresso liqueur, vodka and triple sec to the glass and stir to mix.

Cover with whipped cream before freshly grating the chocolate and nutmeg on top.

White Russian

~2.5 Standards
  • 30ml Espresso Liqueur
  • 60ml Vodka
  • 30ml Heavy Cream

 

Add the vodka and espresso liqueur to a glass.

Fill the glass with ice.

Top with the cream and mix lightly to swirl.

Espresso Martini

~2.1 Standards
  • 60ml Espresso Liqueur
  • 30ml Vodka
  • 1 Shot Fresh Hot Espresso
  • Freshly ground coffee

 

Add the espresso liqueur, vodka and fresh espresso to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker until 2/3’rds full with large ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds.

Strain into martini a glass and let settle for 30 seconds.

Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly ground coffee or with 3 coffee beans.

Vodka Martini

~3.2 Standards
  • 90ml Vodka
  • 30ml Sweet White Vermouth
  • Fresh Lemon Zest or Green Pitted Olives

 

Add the vodka and vermouth to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the cocktail shaker 2/3’rds of the way up with ice before shaking vigorously for at least 20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the lemon zest or 3 skewered green olives.

French 75

~2.0 Standards
  • 45ml Blood Orange & Cardamom Gin
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Simple Syrup
  • 60ml Champagne
  • Fresh Lemon Zest

 

Add the gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the cocktail shaker until 2/3’rds full with large ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds until very cold.

Strain into a fluted glass.

Top with champagne and garnish with the zest.

Gimlet

~1.9 Standards
  • 60ml Blood Orange & Cardamom Gin
  • 30ml Simple Syrup
  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • Slice of Lime

 

Add the gin, syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the cocktail shaker 2/3’rds of the way up with large ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for 20+ seconds.

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the slice of lime.
