Made using pure New Zealand grown barley, locally malted and generously smoked with native West Coast Manuka wood.
Flavour is maximised by adopting a single slow pot distillation ‘on the grain’ so that as much of the malt oils and grain sweetness carry over along with the intense and distinctive smoke profile of Manuka.
The final distillate is then aged in ex-chardonnay, French oak barrels from the Hawkes Bay to round out and balance that characteristic Manuka flavour profile we all know and love.
This is a clean, classic & approachable whisky with a unique New Zealand twist.
Can be enjoyed neat or as the base of any whisky cocktail including:

Lightly beat egg white until loose.
Add the manuka whisky, syrup, lemon juice, egg white and bitters to a cocktail shaker.
Shake without ice vigorously for 30 seconds.
Add ice until 2/3’rds full and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into glass filled with ice and allow to settle for 60 seconds.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme.
Add the manuka whisky, vermouth, pomegranate juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker.
Add a large ice cube and stir gently for 30 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.
Strain into a martini glass with one large ice cube in it.
Garnish with lemon or orange zest.
Add the manuka whisky, syrup and bitters to a glass.
Add one large ice cube and stir for 30 seconds until well chilled and lightly diluted.
Rub the orange zest around the rim of the glass.
Garnish with 2 skewered brandied cherries and a sprig of thyme.

Add the vodka and vermouth to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the cocktail shaker 2/3’rds of the way up with ice before shaking vigorously for at least 20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the lemon zest or 3 skewered green olives.
Add the gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the cocktail shaker until 2/3’rds full with large ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds until very cold.
Strain into a fluted glass.
Top with champagne and garnish with the zest.
Add the gin, syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the cocktail shaker 2/3’rds of the way up with large ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 20+ seconds.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the slice of lime.
